Blissful Bath

Blissful Bath Recipe

This delightful bath recipe is good for the skin, calming to the mind, and uplifting for the soul.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chamomile flowers

  • 1 cup lavender flowers

  • 1 cup organic rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup rose flowers

  • 3 cups salt

  • 90 drops lavender essential oil

  • 30 drops marjoram essential oil

  • 20 drops clary sage essential oil

  • 10 drops ylang ylang essential oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in a glass jar. To use, scoop 3 tablespoons of Blissful Bath into a muslin bag or large tea strainer and add to the bath. Sit back, read a good book, and relax!
