Stress Relief Bath

Feeling on edge and overwhelmed? Try this healing bath blend to calm and soothe.

Stress Relief Bath

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups salt

  • 1 tablespoon beet powder

  • 30 drops lavender essential oil

  • 30 drops mandarin essential oil

  • 30 drops rose geranium essential oil

  • 10 drops Roman chamomile essential oil

Directions:

Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight glass jar. Unplug the phone and light a candle. Put on some relaxing music. Draw a hot bath and slip into it. Add 2 tablespoons of Stress Relief Bath Blend, sit back, and relax!
